During full time courses, we have a limited number of onsite accommodation for Fast Track Students on the September intake who are over 18. Normally students rent accommodation in the surrounding area. Discover more about accommodation.
Most further education colleges run beauty therapy courses. What makes Champneys Beauty College stand out is that we offer qualifications from the industry's leading international awarding bodies, CIDESCO, and ITEC. What's more we are the only college within a world renowned spa health spa and we are able to offer guaranteed employment to our diploma graduates within Champneys.
A non refundable deposit of 25% of your course fee is due on acceptance of your place. This secures your place. The balance is due six weeks before commencement of the course (four weeks for weekend and CPD courses).

Fast Track and Part Time Beauty and New Horizons students who start their training in September take their Level 2 and 3 ITEC examinations in March or May. At this point they are qualified therapists and can start working.
For Diploma courses two sets of uniform (tunic and trousers) and a college fleece are purchased at the time of paying the course fees. For weekend courses one set of uniform (tunic and trousers) is purchased at the start although you have the option to purchase additional ones and fleeces.
Beauty Therapy and New Horizons courses require that you purchase a full Body and Beauty kit. This will be invoiced for at enrolment.
Students on Professional Development courses are not required to wear therapist uniform apart from the Post Graduate CIDESCO course. We assume that students will have an appropriate therapist uniform but if not then Champneys Beauty College uniforms are available for purchase.

Champneys Beauty College has a growing range of Professional Development (CPD) courses for qualified, experienced therapists ranging from the Postgraduate CIDESCO to qualifications in teaching and salon management.
The college is set in the beautiful grounds of Champneys Tring. Discover the surrounding area and more about travelling to the college.
The 10 month Fast Track Beauty Therapy course is taught Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 5.30pm. There are monthly late night Wednesdays and 5 Saturdays during the year which must be attended.
The 18 month Beauty Therapy course is taught all day Monday - Wednesday. There are also six Saturdays required throughout the course as well as monthly late Wednesdays.
New Horizons is taught from 9.30am - 2.30am Monday to Friday during Hertfordshire school terms.
We also have weekend courses which are generally one weekend a month.

We welcome applications from students of all ages (minimum 16) and levels of experience on all of our courses.
Our New Horizons course is designed with parents in mind as it fits around the school terms and our weekend beauty and weekend massage courses appeal to those wishing to retrain whilst still in their current career.
We run open days several times a year.
