Your safety and relaxation is of the utmost importance to us. We have fully risk assessed all of our procedures in and out of the classroom and taken all necessary measures including use of PPE as per government guidelines.
Our current Covid-19 client protocols are below:
Making a booking
Ideally please call on 01442 291333 to make a booking. If we don’t answer please leave a message and we will call you back.
You can also make a booking after an appointment but please be sensitive to the number of people around (clients, students and staff) and if it's looking busy please call once you get home.
On the day
If you have any Covid 19 symptoms you MUST NOT attend your appointment. Please let us know as soon as you can on the day if this is the case.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your treatment
Face coverings are to be worn inside the building at all times. Please bring your own. If you forget your own, disposable masks are available for purchase for £1 with the proceeds going to the Champneys Charity Foundation.
On arrival please wait outside the front door to be let into the building.
There will be hand sanitiser available in reception.
Proceed to reception to check in for your appointment.
Clients must bring their own towels and flipflops. Flip flops can be purchased for £2 from reception if required.
We have removed the two person limit in the changing rooms. However please continue to be mindful of people's personal space.
Proceed to the client waiting room in your towel, underwear and flip flops to wait for your therapist to collect you. You will need to remain in your face covering.
Students will collect clients from the waiting room one at a time. We are no longer greeting clients by shaking their hands.
Face coverings must be worn throughout the consultation questionnaire and throughout the treatment with the exception of treatments involving the face.
Your therapist will be wearing a mask OR visor during your treatment. Some therapists may choose to wear both.
Therapists always wash and sanitise their hands frequently but we have added additional hand washing and sanitising.
If your therapist has recommended a product or you would like to browse the shop after your treatment, please feel free to return to reception.
If you are booking for waxing or tinting and haven’t had a patch test with us in the last 12 months (waxing) or 6 months (tinting) you will need to book an appointment to come in at least 24 hours before the time of your treatment.
